Cancellation & Modification

For modifications or cancellations of your order, kindly reach out to us via email at contact@bibocustom.com or through our online contact form. Please include your order number and specify the changes you wish to make. We will confirm once your order has been adjusted or cancelled.

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 6 hours of being placed. Beyond this timeframe, your order is automatically processed in our system and cannot be altered. Cancellation requests made after the 6-hour window will incur a processing fee of 10% of the total purchase value. Please note, the following information is subject to change:

• This includes the shipping name, address, contact email, etc.

Please notice:

• If your order has already been processed, it is not possible to cancel or modify it. In this case, please reach out to our Customer Service team promptly for assistance.
• Should you choose to proceed with the cancellation or modification of an order that is already being processed, be advised that a fee equivalent to 50% of the payment may be incurred.
• Once your order has been shipped, no further changes can be made.
