By placing an order at our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.
Our Return & Refund Policy is valid within 15 days after you received your order. If 15 days have passed after you got the item, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To start the complaint process, please reach us at Support@bibocustom.com with your information of:
- Your order ID
- Your picture(s) of the damaged, deficient, or not as described package. Make sure the photos you provided are not blurry
- Your order email
RETURN POLICY
Bibocustom Customer Service Team will review the request as well as check your order’s production process. We will email you to inform you the result within 24 hours (in working days) from the time you send us an email. If the mistake comes from us, you have the right of choosing to exchange or refund.
When the mistakes come from the manufacturer: Your item is significantly different from the description or sample provided to you. For example, the artwork/photograph is blurry or has a low resolution and/or low contrast. Or the item you received is not what you ordered.
- If you accept product exchange, we will immediately send you an exchange of new product(s). You don't have to incur any additional costs for the replacement order.
- If you do not accept our exchange, we offer you a full refund (including shipping fee) of your order. You do not have to return your received package.
When the issues come from customers: failed deliveries related to customer mistakes on shipping addresses, product loss due to the security of customers' living areas (as long as shipping carriers verify that the item has been delivered).
- If you accept product exchange, we would send you new product(s)
NOTE: Any dissatisfaction regarding the size and/or color of the product is not eligible for a refund or replacement. However, we can offer a 50% discount to assist you in placing a new order. Within the first 6 hours after ordering from our website, please check our size charts or order confirmation email.
Additionally, due to the lighting used during photo shoots or variations in monitor displays, advertised photos may differ slightly in color from the actual item. Therefore, please understand and accept the difference between the advertised image and the actual product you receive.

REFUND POLICY
If you have got any issues with your received package, kindly send us an email, we would try our best to make it right.
In case you want a refund, your refund will be processed within 24 hours (in working days), and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. You may receive your money sooner or later depending on your beneficiary bank, occasionally 1-7 business days. Please let us know if you have not received the money on time, we are willing to work with you to find out the problem. You will receive full refund money (including shipping fee) if your package encounters our manufacturing problems.
Usually, we will handle the issues according to your request within 24 hours in working days. We may require additional information, images, or product information that you believe is a manufacturer defect.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you need to adjust any details of your order, or you would like to cancel it, please do not hesitate to drop us an email via our Help Centre: Support@bibocustom.com. Our working time is from Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM EST. Please kindly complete it within 6 hours from the time you have placed the order.
Note: Please cancel within 6 hours from the time you place your order, otherwise the package would have been on manufacturing procedure.
What are the conditions for Cancellation and Modification?
- The order number and the change requests of your package should be included in detail for our information.
- All requests regarding to cancellation and modification will only be accepted within 6 hours once you placed the order.
