Replacement & Refunds Policy
1. Issues with Purchases

Our team will quickly assess your situation and guide you through the necessary steps. When contacting us, make sure to provide your order number, the specific items you purchased, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
2. Cancellation Policy
You have a 6-hours window after placing your order to request a cancellation. If this window is missed, your order may already be in processing or shipping. Cancellations will incur a 10% fee of the total order value. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Should you receive a product that is defective, not functioning as advertised, or inconsistent with our marketing descriptions, please inform us right away at contact@bibocustom.com or through our contact form.
To accelerate the process of replacement or refunds, please provide clear photographs that demonstrate the damage or manufacturing defect. Ideally, photos should be taken on a flat, neutral background, showing the entire product and the specific issue encountered. We will send free replacements as soon as we verify the problem - there's no need to return the defective item. Providing this information aids us in efficiently resolving your order and preventing similar issues in the future.
This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents
- Improper use or abuse of the product
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Fading or damage due to exposure to sunlight
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs after purchase
Please note that our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds or replacements if more than 30 days have passed.
4. Missing Orders

Remember, any claims for missing orders need to be made to our team within 30 days from the date of your original purchase. Should a refund be issued, it may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to be reversed and reflected by your bank.

Once your claim is approved, we will quickly process refunds or offer complimentary replacements for the same order. The refund will be made using the original payment method. Estimated timelines for processing are as follows:
